Rates and Payment:

Total: $764.00, based on double occupancy.
$239.00 payable to Pgh K & C Festival, due by
Sept. 15, 2011, payable to the Pgh K & C Festival,
along with the registration form. The balance of $525.00
is to be paid to the Omni Bedford Springs by
contacting them directly by October 5 at this link:

Attendees may enroll now here for the Select Guest
program: http://www.omniselectguest.com.

The fee includes: Thursday evening reception and light meal, 3 night’s
accommodation, all meals, all classes, fashion show, goody bag, taxes and tips.
All rates may be subject to change without notice. Cash, money orders and
personal checks are accepted for the deposit. Credit card is accepted
by the Omni Bedford Springs Resort by Oct. 5, 2011.

Please note that the confirmation letters you will receive when making
your reservation from Bedford Springs will show an additional 8% tax and a
$25.00 resort fee, however this is not the case and will be corrected
AND REMOVED at the resort before you leave.

Single occupancy rate is: $1007.00, $239.00 payable to
the Pgh K & C Festival, by Sept. 15, 2011, payable to the Pgh K & C Festival,
with the remaining balance of 768.00 payable to the Omni Bedford Springs.

Deposit Policy:
There is a $100.00 non refundable deposit,
payable to Pgh K & C Festival (see below)

Cancellation Policy:
Space is limited and the total cost of food, lodging and classes
must be paid by October 5, 2011. Cancellation refunds are at
the sole discretion of the retreat organizer.

to hold your space! Or pay your $239.00 deposit via PayPal,
instructions at website. Bedford Springs payment information
is on the registration form. We reserve the right to cancel any
class prior to retreat. If you have any questions at all,

A confirmation will be sent to you either via email or US mail.
